The Monitored Referral service will be handled by the IRN Regional Co-ordinators.
28% of the commission earned in a concluded sale where an IRN referral applies will be paid by the IRN member who received the referral. Of this 28%, the 8% is retained IRN and shared with the Regional Co-ordinator (it is shared equally) and the 20% is paid to the IRN member who sent the information and requested the Managed Referral option.
Using the Regional Co-ordinator or the Monitored Referral option is entirely voluntary, but it is well worth the 8% fee to have some local management of your referral.
