The IRN consists of members who seek to enhance their residential real
estate business
opportunities through networking with colleagues around the world and expanding
referral opportunities.
Referrals can either be negotiated either on a direct Agent
to Agent basis or, in areas where we have appointed a Regional Co-ordinator,
members may choose to make use of IRN 's Monitored Referral Service, where referrals are
sent and monitored through IRN with the assistance of the respective Regional Co-ordinator.
In both instances the recommended referral
commission to be paid by the Receiving Member to the
Sending Member is 28%.
Where the Sending Member has selected to process the referral through IRN's
Monitored Referral service the full 28% referral fee will be
collected by IRN from the Receiving Member who will forward the
Sending Member the 20% portion of the
collected referral and shall retain
the 8% portion for IRN's services. (This fee is shared between IRN and the
Regional Co-ordinator)
Please note that IRN's Monitored Service is not
available in Countries or Regions where IRN does not currently have a Regional Co-ordinator.
